Ken Allen, P.Geoph., President, has 35+ years of experience as an interpretation geophysicist (2D&3D), primarily working on close-in exploration, development and exploitation projects, mostly in clastic rocks and lots of channel systems.

He is an expert in Cretaceous Mannville channels, but with significant experience with the Cretaceous Belly River, Milk River, Medicine Hat, Cardium, Second White Specks, Viking / Bow Island, Basal Colorado, Sparky, Rex, Lloyd, Cummings, Dina, Gluaconitic, Ostracod, Ellerslie, Lower Mannville, Basal Quartz, and Detrital; Triassic Halfway; Permian Belloy; Jurassic Vanguard, Swift, Roseray, Shaunavon, and Sawtooth; Mississippian Kiskatinaw, Livingstone and Midale; Devonian Nisku, Leduc (reefs), Winnipegosis (reefs) and Slave Point; Ordovician Red River; and Cambrian Granite Wash.

Ken has an Honors BSc in Geophysics from the University of Western Ontario, London, Ontario, Canada, 1980. He was awarded Department of Geophysics Gold Medal, Dean’s Honor List and has also completed six graduate level courses at the University of Calgary, 1999-2001.
